All ultrasound packages allow up to 4 guest + Mom. One additional guest or toddler can be admitted for $8 add-on fee.This guest will be able to enter the theatre , but no extra seating will be available !

Please be advise that every baby scans differently. Factors such as the location of your placenta, the amount of amniotic fluid surrounding your baby, and your babies position can effect your photo . However we will do our best to work around those factors.

You can help us help you by being well hydrated and drinking plenty of water 5 days before your scheduled appointment. Water can improve your amniotic fluid which improves the quality of the ultrasound.

We Do Not Accept Medicaid or Insurance at this time . 

Acceptable payments are Credit/Debit Cards, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal , FSA .

Please be advised that after 34 weeks, we do not recommend coming in for a 3D/4D ultrasound . Your baby is running out of room and it becomes difficult to get a good image. However ,every baby scans differently and it is still possible to get good images . We have scanned babies up to 37 weeks and gotten great images but it all depends on your baby. Please be advised that due dates 34+weeks , do not come with a rescan or guaranteed 3D/4D images . However , we promise to try our best if you still wish to come in . 

• 3D is a still image with a golden tone. 
• 4D adds the dimension of motion, so you can watch your baby in a 3D image move in real time video. 
• HD is a High Definition image that gives a flesh tone appearance and very good detail.
• 8k is a photo Enhancement that turns your 3D/HD images into the most realistic image of what your Baby looks like.

Please allow up to 24hrs to receive your ultrasound photos. Please check your spam/junk folder before calling. If it has been after 24hrs and you have not received your photos text " NO PHOTOS" to 832-409-1647 and they will be resent.  

All clients will be given a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes your appointment time will start ! If you are more than 15 minutes late ,you will need to reschedule your appointment. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment it MUST be done 24 hrs in advance. Any reschedules less than 24 hours will FORFEIT their deposit and be charged a new deposit.

15MIN + LATE FEE /NO CALL / NO SHOW= FEE!

IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT OR MORE THAN 15 MINS LATE YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25 FEE IN ADDITION TO YOUR $25 DEPOSIT.

Communication is Key ! Please text or call us if you are running late . We will NOT tolerate No Call No Shows and will Ban future appointments.

For all weekend and after 5pm appointments the door WILL be locked ! Please text us when you arrive and we will let you in . Due to privacy of each appointment please do not enter more than 10 mins before your appointment time . 

Its always a good time to see your baby on the big screen, However, here’s what you can expect as your baby gets older.

• Between 6-14 weeks is a good time to see your baby for the first time, hear your baby’s heartbeat and watch your baby wiggle around.
• At 15 weeks is a good time to check on babies gender.
• Between 16-25weeks you can see more of your baby in whole. 
• Between 26 and 34 weeks, your baby develops more of his/her features and more fat. This is the perfect time to see who your baby looks like .
• After 34 weeks, we do not recommend coming in for an ultrasound. At this stage your baby is running out of room and it becomes difficult to get a good image. However every baby scans differently and it is possible to still get good images but not guaranteed. If you still want to come in give us a call so we can go over our after 34weeks policy.

3D and 4D ultrasound uses the same sound waves as your doctor in 2D ultrasound. Ultrasounds have been used for many years and there have been no proven side effects from its proper use. We strictly adhere to the FDA's standards and follow their recommendations. In addition, we are staffed with LICENSED sonographers so you are in good hands.
