We understand life happens, and we value your time and ours. Please review our policy below:

Grace Period: All clients are given a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment time will begin.
Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a new deposit will be required.
If we are still able to accommodate you within our schedule, a $10 late fee will be added to your service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made less than 24 hours prior will forfeit the deposit and require a new one to book again.
No-Call / No-Show & Late Fees:
Clients who fail to call, or do not show up for their appointment will be charged a late/no-show fee.
No-call/no-shows will be charged the full appointment cost and forfeit the $25 deposit.
